Tuition Assistance
We believe that Waldorf education should be accessible to every child. Minnesota Waldorf School offers tuition assistance through financial aid and scholarship awards to enrolled and prospective students – following admissions application completion.
Step 1: Financial Aid
Once a family has completed the 2024-2025 admissions application, they are eligible to apply for financial aid through our business office. MWS uses a third party organization to collect and verify applicants’ financial data.
Financial Aid is available for students who are five years of age by September 1st of they school year for which they are applying. Our sibling discount is automatically applied to any family with more than one student at the school. Families who are awarded a Financial Aid award will receive whichever amount is greater (Financial Aid award or sibling discount), but not both.
Step 2: Scholarship
Completed after initial award amount has been decided.
Families have the option to apply for additional tuition support via the MWS needs-based scholarship fund, available to families whose needs go beyond the initial financial aid award.
