New Student Enrollment Process:

Pre application: Talk with the school about your program needs and questions – explore the school via a virtual tour, in person tour or weekly campus tours. Contact Enrollment.

Step 1: Fill out an Application and start your Financial Aid Application

Step 2: Student & Parent Visit.
For Fall Admission for our Early Childhood applicants, we will schedule a small Saturday morning Admissions Circle time from 8:30-12:30 where children will be dropped off for the morning to have a practice day at school. The teachers will observe the child and ensure we can meet their needs and a class placement recommendation happens. The teachers meet with parents to discuss their observations and a class placement is recommended. The school determines acceptance and class placement. Accepted students will be ongoing until our classrooms have filled.

For Fall Admission in our Grades 1-8 Program, we like to have the student do a 3-5 day classroom visit with the class they are applying for. The teacher observes the student during the week and is in communication with the family about the students background, needs and class placement recommendations. The school determines acceptance and class placement. Accepted students will be ongoing until our classrooms have filled.

Step 3. Child is accepted, Tuition Agreement is sent out.

Step 4. Family Signs agreement and student is enrolled.
