For students in 4th grade and up

As the earth warms and the rhythm of spring begins to stir around us, we invite you to slow down and settle in for an evening of gentle connection. This month’s Heart & Hands offering is a parent–child sound bath, designed especially for students who have moved through the nine-year change and are ready for deeper experiences in presence and self-awareness.

Together, you and your child will be guided through a calming sound bath—filled with tones and vibrations that help support rest, balance, and renewal. Before we begin, we’ll gather over light snacks and tea, giving everyone a chance to land gently in the space.

This offering is open to students in 4th grade and up, along with a parent or caregiver. (Don’t worry—future Heart & Hands events will be geared toward our younger students too!)

To reserve your spot:
A $20 registration covers one adult and one child. Want to include an extra grown-up or sibling? Additional attendees are just $10 each, payable at the door.

All proceeds from this event support our Teacher & Faculty Training Fund—an investment in the heart of our school.
