Join us for a joyful celebration of community and movement at our 8th Annual Minnesota Waldorf School Bike-a-Thon! We’re gathering at Como Park on September 21st at 10 am, and we’d love for you to be part of the fun. This special event brings together our vibrant community—students, faculty, families, and alumni—for a day of togetherness and activity. And don’t worry, even though it’s called a Bike-a-Thon, you can move in whatever way makes you happiest—bike, walk, scoot, rollerblade, or take a leisurely stroll! Every pledge, whether a lump sum or per lap, directly supports the growth of our school. Let’s come together, move as one, and enjoy a day that strengthens the bonds of our MWS family. So, bring your favorite way to move, and let’s make this a day to remember!
What are Bike-A-Thon's Fundraising Goals?
When setting fundraising goals for the Bike-a-Thon, we know that every student’s experience will be unique! Last year, some students raised $20, while others raised hundreds. Every dollar raised brings us closer to reaching our overall goal and directly supports the continued growth and education at our school. Whether your student raises a little or a lot, their efforts make a big difference in strengthening our community and supporting our school’s mission. Let's work together to reach new heights!
Early Childhood (Preschool and Kindergarten) students: $50 or more
Grades students: $100 or more
Classroom Goal: 100% participation
School-wide Goal: $17,000

Did you know we are able to offer tuition assistance to over 40% of our families because of our fundraising efforts? Each dollar raised provides MWS the opportunity to impact more families with the gift of Waldorf education. We mean it when we say "every dollar counts."
